What does Lume actually do?
We run the growth engine for ecommerce brands doing at least $100k a month. Plan, forecast, creative, media, retention, and the weekly operating cadence that ties them together. You get Predictable, Profitable Growth as a system you can see, not a deck you have to interpret.
How is this different from an agency or hiring in-house?

What's the difference between Profit System and Profit Engine?
Profit System is done-with-you. We build the system, your team runs it day to day, and a Lume operator runs alongside on weekly cadence calls. Profit Engine is done-for-you. We build and run the engine end-to-end, and your team sees the output every week. Sorting rule: brands below $100k/month start with Profit System; from $100k/month and up, Profit Engine is usually the right fit.
What is Opus?
Opus is the software layer underneath both offers. It's where the forecast, the spend plan, the creative pipeline, and the weekly review live in one place, so the operator (us or your team) is making decisions on the same numbers you are. It's not a dashboard you log into to feel informed. It's the cockpit the work actually happens in.
How long until I see results?
On Profit Engine, we guarantee 14 days from plan to live, and 60 days to beat your prior benchmark. If we don't beat it, the second month is free. On Profit System, the same trigger applies on a 6-month clock: if we don't surpass your prior benchmark inside the engagement, we work with you another 6 months at no cost.
How is pricing structured?
Profit System is $1,500 setup plus $500/month for 6 months. Profit Engine is $3,500/month. Both tiers are backed by the same benchmark guarantee, sized to how much of the execution we own: 60 days on the Engine, 6 months on the System. If we don't beat your prior benchmark in the agreed window, we keep working at no cost until we do.
